You’re terrified because you know you need to decide or find a solution, but you don’t know where to turn or what to do next.

Every decision feels like it could be wrong, and you can’t seem to get your bearings.

“I’m fine,” “I’m OK,” or “I’m not worried, I’m figuring it out” is what you constantly tell yourself and others. Still, deep down, you know you’re not sure about a damn thing, and you can’t predict the future.

You feel alone, sad, scared, rejected, and broken.

Still, you successfully push through each day because you have a strong, wise, and resourceful track record.

No one knows how deep this feeling of uncertainty consumes you each day. The stress and mental turmoil are both frustrating and exhausting.

You feel defeated.

It’s time to give yourself permission to rest and reset.

You think your experience is a problem, but that’s not my perspective.

You’ve heard that feeling lost and confused is something to avoid at all costs, so you believed it.

But what has this belief cost you?

You’re denying your current reality and lying to yourself.

It’s Time To Embrace Radical Self-honesty

There’s one thing you haven’t done yet. You haven’t admitted how you feel to yourself.

“I feel lost and confused and don’t know what to do.”
